Information about filling out online request forms in general:

1. Enter/Return key - see 5 of this list.

2. Fill in all required boxes - forms will not process without all requested information.

3. Selecting Form Check Buttons, to clear an inadvertently selected button, simply select the item again, reversing the prior selection.

4. Email addresses - A slightly incorrect e-mail address with errors such as either using a comma instead of a period or spelling COM as CMO or AOL as ALO do not get through automated programs, so be sure your information is correct.

5. Navigating the form - Either tab between entries or use your mouse when filling out forms because hitting the return button before the form is complete will immediately SUBMIT an incomplete form.
