Changing the spindle size on your wood lathe

Arbor Adaptor for ShopSmith™ Owners

There is now an adaptor to fit the arbor on your Shopsmith™ which will allow you to use standard 1" x 8 tpi chucks and adapters on your lathe. This unit simply slips onto the normal headstock, tightens with an allen wrench and converts your unit to the  standard 1" x 8 tpi threaded end to accept many more lathe attachments.  Will also fit the older models of the Vega Lathe with a 5/8" arbor.   Opens up a complete line of spindle accessories for use on your Shopsmith™.
