Lathe Duplicators
It has always been
our policy to offer only items that we've tried in our own shop to determined
usefulness and that they do indeed work as advertised. So before we make
tools or accessories available to our customers,
we must first gain experience and a full degree of confidence in the product and
know that we will be able to assist our customers in their use of the products.
Until
now, we found duplicators to be expensive and of limited usefulness since only a
rough profile of the item resulted. The hand work remaining would always
leave a question as to whether the purchasing a duplicator was worthwhile.
Times
and duplicators have changed, I recently tested the duplicator we now list in
the turning section in our on-line-store and was very impressed with the
results. We simply followed the pattern and when we stopped cutting, only finish
sanding of the project produced a completed piece. Using this new
duplicator really opened my eyes, and, to add icing to the cake, it was the
least expensive duplicator I’d ever used.
All
the preconceived ideas about duplicators disappeared, and I quickly fell in love
with this unit:
